Bond markets are seeing little change as important data is delayed

Still nothing from Congress on the shutdown. It is now 30 days and counting. More paychecks are being missed. Air traffic controllers are beginning to stay home, and flight delays are increasing.
There is more missing key data this morning, including September Personal Consumption Expenditures, September personal income and spending, and the 3rd Quarter employment cost index.
At 9:45 am ET the October Chicago Purchasing Managers Index, which was thought to be 42.0, increased to 43.8.
